As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing authentic, quick, and helpful support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: Answering incoming calls and providing high-quality support to our customers in a timely and professional manner Taking ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive experience Working closely with supervisors and shift leads to ensure a productive work environment and maintain high standards of customer service Continually learning about our products and services to enhance your knowledge and better support our customers Learning from others and developing yourself as a customer support representative for Gabb Wireless Providing support for a wide range of customer inquiries, including account management, device and network troubleshooting, order support, billing, and more Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest products, services, and industry trends Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in a customer support role, preferably for a technology product or service A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home, free from distractions (please note, you cannot be a primary caregiver during your shifts) Exceptional communication skills and the ability to react quickly when speaking with customers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to talk customers through situations clearly and accurately An enthusiastic and can-do attitude that radiates positivity and dedication to each customer Previous experience with call center software, such as Calabrio, Gladly, Maestro, or other similar platforms, is preferred Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a remote or virtual customer support environment Knowledge of Gabb Wireless products and services, or a willingness to learn Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Gabb Wireless, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
