About the Role In this role, you will be working as an independent contractor, providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and amendments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. You will be required to work independently, manage your time effectively, and create your own schedule, ensuring that you are available to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
