As a remote worker, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex's clients, focusing on tax software product support, navigation, and locating previous tax returns and amendments. About the Role In this role, you will be working as an independent contractor, providing customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with software navigation, locating previous tax returns, and amendments, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. You will be required to work independently, manage your time effectively, and create your own schedule, ensuring that you are available to work between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday.
