Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences Respond to incoming calls, greet, and advise clients, handling labeling and managing luggage with ease. Prepare tickets, determine passages, and guide travelers to ensure their movement needs are met efficiently. Interact with clients in a kind and helpful manner, creating paramount experiences and building client loyalty and engagement. Anticipate client needs while maintaining a strong sense of accountability, especially when resolving issues. Work with a security mindset daily, ensuring adherence to the highest standards. Essential Qualifications: The Foundation for Success High school graduate or equivalent certification. At least 18 years of age. Excellent relational skills with proficiency in English and Spanish. Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies. Physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, lift, and handle luggage. Ability to travel to different countries for training. Flexible to work any shift within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation. Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship. Ability to meet the Company's membership guidelines and uniform and appearance standards. Hold a valid identification and U.S. visa. Preferred Capabilities: Standing Out from the Crowd Previous airline, travel, or hospitality work experience. Bachelor's degree.
