Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the airline or travel industry, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Ability to handle stressful situations and work under pressure, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor. Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
