During peak periods, you can earn even more, with rates ranging from $16 to $19 per hour. Here's a breakdown of our earnings potential: * **Peak rates**: January - April, contractors can earn up to $19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times. * **Incentives**: Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics can earn on average the equivalent of $16-$19 per hour during peak times and $15.60-$17.50 per hour during non-peak times. * **Guaranteed minimum**: Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 45 minutes for each hour if available for the full 60 minutes. **Schedule** As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create your own schedule.
