Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications related to customer service or communication a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email and online chat applications, as well as a high-speed internet connection.
