The Driver Assistance Program is a cutting-edge service that provides customers with emergency and non-emergency support, including services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands-free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer calls in a timely and professional manner, providing solutions to their queries and concerns. Evaluate each caller's situation and provide appropriate solutions to see each call to resolution. Handle stressful situations in a calming and empathetic manner, reassuring customers and diffusing emotional or difficult calls. Multi-task to find answers while on calls with customers, utilizing resources and tools to provide accurate information. Exhibit a high degree of caring and empathy on each call, providing exceptional customer service and support. Work independently in a remote environment, managing your schedule and meeting performance expectations. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Fluent in English; bilingual contractors fluent in Spanish and English or French and English are also encouraged to apply. Caring, sympathetic, and helpful demeanor with strong customer service skills. Ability to react and respond decisively in emergency situations. Prior experience with driver assistance programs or customer support is a bonus, but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a customer support or call center environment. Familiarity with driver assistance programs or similar services. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Skills and Competencies: Strong active listening and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations. Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our contractors, including: A contract rate of $0.28 per customer interaction minute, with a minimum guarantee of 45 minutes per available hour. Bilingual contractors will earn a rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute, with a 48-minute minimum guarantee. Opportunities to earn an equivalent of $12.60 - $18.60 per hour, depending on your performance and schedule. A flexible schedule with opportunities to work day, night, and weekend hours. Technology Requirements: To ensure success in this role, you'll need: A quiet, uninterrupted environment during all working hours. A broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS. A wired internet connection for tech setups, education classes, and work. A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system. Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date. A wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets not accepted). A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad with an authentication app related to program work.
