About the Role of Customer Support Specialist We are now seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Understand and identify customer pain points, driving the escalations process by coordinating between the product and support teams to resolve issues efficiently. Utilize creative and engaging communication techniques, such as incorporating humorous GIFs into customer conversations, to close tickets with a smile and leave a lasting positive impression. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments, including sales, support, marketing, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers, embodying the values of empathy, compassion, and solution-oriented thinking. Become a blithequark product and billing expert, staying up-to-date with the latest features, updates, and best practices to provide authoritative guidance and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Experience working within a SaaS company, preferably in a customer-facing capacity. Prior technical support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent functionality updates, with a willingness to learn and stay ahead of the curve. Superior customer service skills, including the ability to be responsive, compassionate, resourceful, and solution-oriented, with a strong focus on customer happiness and success. Critical thinking skills, with the ability to provide innovative solutions or draw reasonable conclusions from provided information and context. A passion for working directly with customers, understanding their needs, and driving business growth through exceptional service and support. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Knowledge of Freshdesk ticket system, working with an escalations team, and Slack. Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company, with a proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
