Outcomes and Responsibilities As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to assist and support inbound and outbound customer interactions into our Customer Support Center (CSC). Your responsibilities will include: Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels (chat, SMS text, email, etc.) into the CSC, ensuring prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries and requests. Providing exceptional service to every customer, every time, through effective problem-solving and a deep understanding of our products and services. Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions. Selling flights and ancillary products and services, leveraging your sales skills to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets. Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, continuously striving for improvement and excellence in your work. Requirements for Success To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Successful completion of new hire training, demonstrating your ability to learn and adapt to our systems, processes, and culture. Provide a safe and professional office-work environment, free from background noise and distraction, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, demonstrating your integrity and trustworthiness. Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short notice, showcasing your flexibility and commitment to our customers. Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Provide a high-speed internet connection to meet work from home requirements, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively from a remote location. Flexible and able to work at any time, including nights, weekends, and holidays, demonstrating your willingness to adapt to our customers' needs. Education and Experience Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following education and experience requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, providing a foundation for further learning and development. One (1) year of customer service or sales experience, demonstrating your ability to work with customers and drive sales results. Competencies and Skills To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following competencies and skills: Technical proficiency in working with CSC systems/programs/tools, including but not limited to: Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS. Ability to answer continuous calls and digital messages (i.e., chat, SMS text, email, etc.), demonstrating your communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate through complex processes while interacting with a customer, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to navigate through concurrent digital interactions with more than one customer at a time, highlighting your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, providing a foundation for further technical learning and development. Previous sales and call center experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to drive sales results and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions and interactions.
