Key Responsibilities and Outcomes As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on providing consistent, high-quality service to every customer, every time. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting continuous calls and digital support channels such as chat, SMS text, and email into our Customer Support Center (CSC). Performing all assigned activities related to booking, modifying, and supporting customer reservations. Selling flights and ancillary products and services, contributing to the growth and success of arenaflex. Maintaining KPI performance standards as defined by the CSC, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all interactions. Consistently applying our core values and "Soul of Service" philosophy in every customer interaction, fostering a positive and supportive environment. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: Successful completion of our new hire training program, which equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional customer service and sales excellence. Ability to provide a safe, professional, and distraction-free office-work environment, including a high-speed internet connection to meet work-from-home requirements. Able to pass a ten (10) year background check, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and trustworthiness. Legally eligible to work in the country where the position is located, with flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as being available on short notice. Education and Experience Requirements Candidates should possess: A High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) Diploma, providing a foundational level of education. At least one (1) year of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment, demonstrating your ability to interact effectively with customers and meet sales targets. Competencies and Skills To thrive in this position, you should be: Technically proficient in working with our CSC systems, programs, and tools, including but not limited to Radixx Res, RadixxGo, ZenDesk, and MIS Choice DCS. Able to navigate through complex processes while interacting with customers, providing simple solutions to complex issues. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Internet Explorer, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experienced in handling concurrent digital interactions with multiple customers simultaneously, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiar with previous sales and call center experience, though not mandatory, is highly preferred.
