Your Role as a Customer Support Specialist As the primary point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless support experience. You will engage with users across various channels, including email, chat, and phone, to address their questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate concerns as needed. By proactively managing support tickets and collaborating with teams such as Engineering and Product, you will help drive timely resolutions. Your role also includes gathering customer feedback, maintaining help documentation, and advocating for user needs. Your work will ensure that customers can successfully adopt our solutions, enhancing their experience and strengthening public health initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer support through multiple channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to user inquiries and issues. Proactively manage support tickets, collaborating with internal teams to drive resolutions and improve customer satisfaction. Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and advocate for user needs. Maintain and update help documentation to ensure that users have access to accurate and relevant information. By helping public health organizations, healthcare providers, and individuals navigate our digital solutions, you will improve vaccine access, streamline immunization processes, and contribute to building healthier communities. Your troubleshooting skills, customer insights, and collaboration with internal teams will drive product improvements, ensuring our tools continue to meet evolving public health needs. Essential Qualifications: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A problem-solving mindset, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies and processes. Ability to collaborate across teams, providing excellent customer support and ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders. Preferred Experience: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to Computer Science, Health Science, Public Health, or a related field. Experience or academic exposure to healthcare, with a bonus if in public health or a related field. Experience working in a SaaS environment, with a bonus if for a health product or related solution. Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk or Jira, with experience in using these tools to manage and resolve customer support tickets.
