About the Position We are seeking curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with our cutting-edge AP automation platform, assisting current customers with all aspects of support and troubleshooting. This includes simple integration to accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and Quickbooks, so experience with at least one of these systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support to current customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with the integration of blithequark's AP automation platform with their existing accounting systems Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers, escalating complex issues to senior support specialists as needed Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's AP automation platform and its applications, staying up-to-date with new features and updates Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles, user guides, and other support materials to enhance customer self-service capabilities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field, with a strong understanding of AP processes and procedures Experience with at least one accounting system, such as Netsuite, Intacct, or Quickbooks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing deadlines Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service Knowledge of AI-powered automation solutions and their applications in AP Familiarity with cloud-based software and SaaS platforms Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting systems, such as Netsuite, Intacct, or Quickbooks, as well as experience with cloud-based software and SaaS platforms Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions Time management skills: Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures, with a strong willingness to learn and grow Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
