About the Position: Customer Support Specialist We are seeking curious and energetic individuals with a background in Accounts Payable, eager to apply their expertise in a new and exciting setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer support to arenaflex's clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues related to our AP automation platform Assist customers with integration to accounting systems such as Netsuite, Intacct, and Quickbooks, leveraging your experience with at least one of these systems Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborating with internal teams as needed to ensure seamless customer experiences Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's AP automation platform, staying up-to-date with new features, updates, and industry trends Foster strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance to ensure their success with our platform Essential Qualifications: To succeed as a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you should possess: A background in Accounts Payable, with experience in AP automation and/or ERP systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for resolving complex issues Experience with at least one accounting system (Netsuite, Intacct, Quickbooks, etc.) A strong desire to learn and grow within the FinTech industry, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Familiarity with AI-powered automation solutions and/or FinTech industry trends Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and/or experience with API integrations Certifications in AP, accounting, or a related field (e.g., CPA, AP certification) Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you should possess: Technical skills: Proficiency in accounting systems, AP automation platforms, and/or ERP systems Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to effectively collaborate with customers and internal teams Problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for resolving complex issues Adaptability: A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and industry trends Customer-centricity: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring customer success Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
