About the Role The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing the help insight of blithequark's global last-mile logistics platform. The successful candidate will collaborate with help partners (BPOs) to ensure their quality meets blithequark's expectations, including First Contact Resolution, Customer Satisfaction scores, and other support metrics. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a passion for quality improvement, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and utilize existing reporting to identify areas for improvement in performance metrics and efficiency through quality checking. Implement quality monitoring programs that result in measurable social changes in colleagues (agents). Collaborate with training and content teams to establish compliance with new launches, processes, and policies. Maintain high-quality performance across multiple sites within an aligned objective. Perform business reviews with Support Partner Teams. Identify, recommend, and implement process and project improvements. Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for blithequark to improve its business by understanding customer needs, recognizing and analyzing trends early and frequently. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business field or have four additional years of work experience in quantitative or business areas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and quality improvements across multiple support sites, with a strong analytical mindset and experience in refining large datasets to derive meaningful insights. Preferred Qualifications Experience in leading projects that drive quality enhancements and operational efficiency. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with perfect project management and completion capabilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced, continually changing, team-oriented environment and able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
