As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be employed by blithequark while working closely with our client to address their customers' needs and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our client's customers, providing technical and non-technical assistance via phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will include: Responding to incoming customer inquiries in Lithuanian and Russian, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns. Developing and implementing effective solutions to customer complaints, adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by treating customers with respect, empathy, and professionalism. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure seamless resolution. The Ideal Candidate: Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies To excel as a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level) and a good command of Russian and English (B2 level). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (training will be provided for the right candidate). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in technical support or a related field. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other support tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
