About the Role: Customer Support Specialist (Remote) This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility and freedom to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the front-line hero, assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing product recommendations with a focus on delivering a friendly, empathetic, and positive experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of inquiries and concerns. Resolve customer technical issues, process orders, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and care, and offer product recommendations based on customer needs. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, policies, and services, and ensure customer satisfaction and enhance their experience with our brand. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge. Utilize problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions, and work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Qualifications and Skills: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred), and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy, and previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required, with a preference for Associate's or Bachelor's degree. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Experience working with pets or in the pet care industry, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong technical skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms. Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak multiple languages.
