As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers, contractors, and team members through various communication channels. You'll become an expert in our financing products, leverage support tools and best practices, and contribute to creating a knowledge base for our growing team. If you're a reliable, organized, and people-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide friendly and effective assistance through incoming phone calls, live chats, and emails to assist customers (and their customers) with their queries and concerns. * Become an arenaflex Financing product expert and help both customers and team members succeed by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems when necessary. * Leverage support tools and best practices, while creating and documenting best practices of your own to ensure a seamless customer experience and knowledge sharing across the team. * Occasionally assist homeowners or follow up with customers' questions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints, improve processes, and implement new solutions. **Requirements:** * At least one full year of Support experience with references, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and handle complex issues. * One of the words that you and those who know you best use to describe you is... "Reliable" or "Consistent." You are disciplined and process-driven, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Excellent people and communication skills, both written and verbal.
