Our team is passionate about solving complex problems, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our vision and values. **Job Summary** As a Customer Support Specialist in our arenaflex team, you'll be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to our clients' customers in Lithuania and Russia. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their inquiries efficiently and effectively. If you're fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2), and you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian * Provide technical and non-technical assistance to arenaflex's clients' customers * Come up with efficient and satisfying solutions to customers' inquiries * Treat customers with respect, following arenaflex's company policies and procedures * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues * Continuously improve our processes and procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences **Essential Qualifications** * Fluency in Lithuanian (C1) and a good command of Russian and English (B2) * Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role supporting international clients * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
