We are committed to delivering the best results for our customers, and our inclusive culture empowers our team members to achieve this goal. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Luxury Stores Customer Service, you will be responsible for providing high-touch service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise in luxury customer service will enable you to provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring their satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a brand ambassador for blithequark's Luxury Stores, providing world-class service to all customers * Be the first point of contact to resolve customer issues across multiple channels in a timely manner, communicating through email, phone, and chat * Reply to preorder questions about fit, fashion trends/style, product availability, and promotions via phone, email, and online chat * Provide customers with critical service and product information, ensuring customer satisfaction * Demonstrate sound understanding and comprehensive knowledge of blithequark's Luxury Stores' full range of products and services * Handle customer inquiries and/or cases through different channels in a timely and professional manner, considering policies and procedures within the service level agreement * Ensure clear and accurate data capture, providing both quantitative and qualitative insights of customers' voices * Utilize a variety of software programs to resolve customer inquiries and identify and escalate system errors and other technical issues * Work with external shipping contractors to assist customers with both domestic and international issues **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience within a luxury customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, luxury retail, or hospitality * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations with a high level of empathy and integrity * Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs * The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turn on the camera when requested by leadership * Experience working under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining standards for productivity, quality, and service * High school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with luxury merchandise and brands * Knowledge of fashion trends and styles * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Proficiency in desktop applications such as MS Office and Internet browsers * Comfortable working with computers and smartphones, with the ability to quickly learn new websites and apps **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines * Proficiency in software programs and technology * Strong knowledge of luxury fashion and beauty brands **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Work Environment and Company Culture** * blithequark is a remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate of $19.00/hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge * Collaborative and dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and creativity * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for luxury fashion and beauty, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The base pay for this position ranges from $34,320/year in our lowest geographic market up to $39,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
