Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our customers through live chat. You will answer incoming chats, consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, and proactively communicate with your manager and team members to ensure success in a virtual work environment.
