Your expertise in utilizing Galileo and Amadeus systems will enable you to manage bookings efficiently, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets. Collaborating with our team members, you will ensure a seamless customer experience, addressing client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support to clients through chat, email, and the Help Center portal, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to their queries and concerns. Utilize Galileo and Amadeus systems to manage bookings, including adding ancillaries, processing refunds, and reissuing tickets, demonstrating expertise in these systems. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance our support services. Assist clients with their reservations, providing personalized support and ensuring their travel arrangements are tailored to their needs. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, system updates, and company policies, applying this knowledge to improve our customer support services. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Galileo or Amadeus, with proven experience in reissuing and refunding tickets using these systems being highly preferred. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, along with excellent communication skills in writing and speaking. You should be a team player with strong attention to detail and accuracy, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges. Essential Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience with Galileo or Amadeus systems. Proven experience in reissuing and refunding tickets using Galileo and Amadeus.
