Your expertise will be crucial in preventing and resolving disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe, processing orders, creating shipping labels, and calculating the price of products. Additionally, your creative skills will be utilized in creating renders and mockup designs, working with AI tools to generate new content, and managing social media outreach to influencers, among other virtual assistant tasks. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues. Manage sales inquiries, follow up on leads, and engage in sales calls to drive business growth. Troubleshoot customer problems related to products, offering solutions and alternatives as needed. Prevent and resolve disputes on platforms such as PayPal and Stripe, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing financial losses. Process orders, create shipping labels using DHL and UPS applications, and ensure timely delivery of products. Calculate the price of products, taking into account various factors such as shipping, taxes, and discounts. Create compelling copy for marketing materials, product descriptions, and customer communications. Design renders and mockup designs using Photoshop and Illustrator, contributing to the visual appeal of our brand and products. Utilize AI tools to create new content, enhance existing content, and improve overall content strategy. Manage social media accounts, engage with customers, and outreach to influencers to promote our brand and products. Conduct live chat support, ensuring real-time assistance to customers and potential customers. Essential Qualifications Advanced level English proficiency (C1-C2), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Extensive experience (minimum of 3 years) in customer support, with a proven track record of resolving customer issues efficiently. Advanced proficiency in managing and operating Shopify, with the ability to navigate its features and tools seamlessly. Experience with shipping label applications, specifically DHL and UPS, and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. Strong sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals, and experience in conducting follow-up and sales calls. Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes and come to mutually beneficial agreements. Advanced graphic design skills, particularly in Photoshop, and basic skills in Illustrator. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to create complex documents and spreadsheets. Experience with communication tools such as Slack and Gorgias app, with the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms. Ability to manage social media accounts effectively, create engaging content, and grow our online presence. High understanding of worldwide addresses, with the ability to navigate geographical nuances and differences.
