You will be responsible for accurately processing customs documentation, managing shipments, and collaborating with internal teams, government agencies, and external partners to deliver outstanding results. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Accurately process customs documentation, including import and export records, using various systems and reference materials * Manage shipments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines * Collaborate with internal teams, government agencies, and external partners to facilitate the movement of goods * Process organization financier shipments and handle distant filings as required * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to all record-keeping requirements * Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations * Work closely with other internal staff, divisions, and external partners to deliver exceptional service to clients * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., international trade, logistics, business administration) * High School Certificate or GED required * At least 6 months of work experience in a related field (data entry, customer service, logistics) * Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner) * Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills * Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle high volumes of work and tight deadlines * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Industry experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field * Familiarity with various systems and reference materials used in customs trade * Experience working with government agencies and external partners * Knowledge of international trade regulations and guidelines * Certification in customs trade or a related field (e.g., HS Certificate) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Proficiency in MS Office and other office equipment * Familiarity with various systems and reference materials used in customs trade **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
