Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at the Google Development Center in Kentucky, USA. As a key member of our Worldwide Organizations group, you'll play a critical role in supporting business clients, driving business development, and advancing the execution and development of Google's Automatic business age and stage arrangements. Key Responsibilities Support Business Clients: Provide enhancement, reporting, and investigation support to business clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, efficiency, and productivity by meeting or exceeding SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support Execution and Development: Collaborate with the Worldwide Merchant group to provide discussion and technical support for Google's Automatic business age and stage arrangements. Process Improvement: Contribute to the investigation and streamlining of cycles, internal tools, and products to drive efficiency and scale. Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and customer success. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Essential Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, computer science, or mathematics. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business intelligence tools, such as Google Analytics, and experience with data analysis and visualization. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Google Advertising and Promotion Serving Arrangements: Experience with Google AdWords, AdMob, DV360, or similar platforms. Process Improvement Skills: Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Six Sigma or Lean. SQL Skills: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling and database management. Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
