About the Role A Key Information Researcher at blithequark will play a crucial role in guiding the creation, implementation, and support of data analysis and the development of AI (Machine Learning) models for our attractions. This role involves close collaboration with internal partners to deliver elite visitor experiences through interactive and data-driven systems across blithequark Encounters (DX). You will report to Attractions Functional Innovation, where your expertise will be invaluable in driving innovative solutions and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities As a Data Analyst and Customer Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Encouraging and developing associations with colleagues, providing idea management, and affirming influence by driving activities to the end effectively and efficiently. Engaging with research and colleagues, assisting in driving ML strategies, and identifying areas where business issues can be solved creatively by applying ML. Leading and collaborating with different specialists and data researchers to implement and successfully scale ML solutions for creating supernatural experiences for our visitors and pushing the limits of functional objectives. Driving innovation, proofs of concept, technology cash drives, and customer interactions that lead to growing top-tier AI platforms. Managing functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the group. Building standard techniques used in daily operations and working with specialty units to design, plan, and execute large-scale projects in the AI space. Productionizing ML algorithms in predictive analysis, classification, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluating their performance on real data sets. Collaborating with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and coordinating with existing software practices that generate effective code, including automated testing, continuous integration, code style consistency, and code reviews. Essential Qualifications and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need: 2+ years of expertise in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, Light, MXNet, etc. 2+ years of master-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP. Proficiency in SDLC, QA cycles, and Article Oriented Programming Design Patterns. Master-level experience in structured and unstructured data (i.e., images, video, text, audio, etc.) and SQL relational and non-relational databases. 2+ years of experience with Wind stream or another data workflow management tool. Experience with version control software, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience in leading discovery processes with partners to identify business requirements and the expected outcome, strong communication skills, and determination to complete responsibilities. Solid systems integration architecture skills, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in the following areas is highly desirable: Experience with Docker. Experience with control systems. Experience with Kubernetes. Experience with cloud solutions in GCP or another cloud platform. Experience with Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience with Agile development techniques. Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous development. Experience with data visualization and data monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Plotly, Tableau). Experience with sound analysis. Experience with text analysis. Education A Master's of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is required. A Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Programming, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical background is preferred.
