Key Responsibilities Assist in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analysis activities, including data collection, preparation, and analysis to build reports, tables, and presentation segments Join different datasets using SQL to aid in the everyday operations of the blithequark+ customer experience tracking project Collaborate with various teams to conduct research at blithequark, including communicating project objectives, business requirements, and timelines to efficiently prioritize, develop, and refine our datasets Build and maintain relationships with research partners within the team and from different divisions of the organization as well as external vendors Analyze and prepare ongoing and ad-hoc reports involving quantitative and qualitative data for various groups within the product marketing, engagement, and product strategy of blithequark+ and the blithequark Streaming Pack Manage assigned projects, implement quality assurance processes, and report assignments and status to supervisor(s) to ensure completion within established timelines Work with the Sr. Administrator and team to ensure that each outcome is strategically relevant and drives key direction Collaborate with the team and analysis groups within Snowflake and Databricks Maintain excellent verbal and written knowledge of data elements and requirements Respond to basic data requests from internal clients Support the presentation of findings based on analysis conducted and contribute to related business discussions Stay at the forefront of SVOD and In-Home industry trends in a continually evolving landscape Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field and 3 years of relevant work experience OR Master's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Data Sciences, or a related field and 1 year of relevant work experience Proficiency with SQL, with the ability to extract and consolidate unique data sources Ability to extract data and combine with other data sources to foster a rich, complete picture for the business Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and critical thinking skills as well as the ability to create clear and concise visual presentations Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work effectively in an environment of tight deadlines and constant change Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Proficiency in data processing tools (e.g., SPSS, Q, MarketSight) Experience with survey tools (e.g., Interpret, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey) Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, preferably cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar Experience with R, Python, SAS, STATA, or similar programming languages Postgraduate degree in Market Research or Statistics Quantitative analysis background, either supplier-side or client-side Experience with analyzing survey data to extract meaningful insights Experience with subscription-based business models and strategy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits Blithequark offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits. The recruiting range for this position is $93,400 to $125,200 per year, depending on experience and location. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be offered as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of benefits.
