As a Workflow Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in laying out and broadening important workflow tooling at scale, enabling teams to deliver high-quality software through high-quality engineering experiences, efficient workflow, data-driven insights, and a culture of continuous improvement. Job Overview In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely and deliver valuable data and insights, engaging with partners across the organization to provide training in support of workflow initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and SQL will be essential in developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and delivering action plans to all levels of leadership. As a Dashboard Developer, you will visualize key metrics and progress towards goals, and as an Analyst, you will provide insight and visualization expertise to a mature group of Data Scientists and Engineers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and progress towards goals Provide insight and visualization expertise to a mature group of Data Scientists and Engineers Design and improve iterative dashboards, presenting to groups, gathering feedback, and enhancing end products Characterize the current state of the workflow, profiling complex systems, documenting them, and targeting areas for improvement Identify patterns and trends in large data sets, and translate insights into wins Collaborate with partner teams to drive efforts and generate concrete results through analytics Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst Solid working knowledge of Analytics: visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive) Ability to show research into insight: develop key metrics, recommend policy changes, and deliver action plans to all levels of leadership Advanced Tableau developer skills Capable SQL person: aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: Familiarity with Software Development Analytics: CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software transport Experience in Software Development: knowledge of build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the transport of code Product Ownership: experience driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics Project management: ability to plan and drive efforts, working across associate groups towards a unified goal Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
