Job Overview We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our E2E Delivery team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data analysis, dashboard creation, and insights generation. You will have access to our vast global data and all the new data to be harvested from our customer and driver applications. Your work will impact how we make decisions and drive change at an extraordinary scale. Key Responsibilities Conduct ad-hoc analysis, create dashboards, and generate insights for capacity, cost, fulfillment, and transportation to make blithequark's delivery platform one of the fastest and most reliable delivery services in the country. Develop a deep understanding of transportation, driver, and customer behavior and create reporting and ad-hoc analysis for key stakeholders. Build reality-based models, driver analysis, and work with test and learn to drive data-driven decisions. Plan and estimation of retail tests, including building dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations like Expedited shipping. Conduct underlying driver analysis for primary reasons for late deliveries and grasp differences in performance of stores and markets. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science). Strong SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis. Ability to collaborate with colleagues to gather the right data from different sources to support investigations of key drivers. Experience with exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and basic statistical testing. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect the "what" with the "why" and narrate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Preferred Qualifications Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar. A curious and out-of-the-box thinker who is always looking for opportunities to improve and optimize analytical solutions. Knowledge of business acumen and the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes. Flexibility and willingness to fail fast and learn from mistakes. Exposure to common statistical techniques (e.g., Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forest, Clustering). Programming skills in Python or any other scripting language are a plus.
