Job Summary The Data Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze data trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. With a strong focus on data analysis, reporting, and visualization, the Data Analyst will help arenaflex to make informed decisions, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and analyze data trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions. Aid in the development and implementation of creative data visualization techniques to communicate complex data insights to various audience levels. Support the development and execution of innovative analytical and statistical methodologies to assess business processes, issues, and return on investment (ROI) of products and services. Work with accounting teams and contracting to identify and isolate fluctuations resulting from over/under payment practices and incorporate these into actual-to-expected results. Aid in the development and maintenance of automated processes to identify data and process integrity issues, providing detailed recommendations for issue resolution. Develop and deliver standard and ad-hoc management reports and presentations for projects, utilizing inquiry-based tools to create and run queries for data mining and analysis. Perform specific tasks identified in the compliance monitoring system, including assessment of definitions, cost increase maintenance, and organization ID. Provide customer support to internal and external clients, ensuring quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Collaborate with peers in Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Contract Development, and Contract Operations to achieve business objectives. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems). Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop procedures and project plans that meet division objectives within budget and established timelines. Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal (peers, colleagues, and leadership) and external (business community, clients, and vendors) stakeholders to ensure quality standards for service. Experience working independently to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, using self-motivation to resolve issues and determine when escalation is necessary. Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing, coordinating, and meeting deadlines for multiple projects with varying completion dates. Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues, recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, driving improvement of results and finding solutions. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems). Four-year degree in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems. Knowledge of advanced coding languages (e.g., SAS, SQL, C++, etc.). Experience with system administration (e.g., Masters, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, etc.). Experience with business intelligence tools in support of data analysis (e.g., Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, Masters, etc.). Experience with learn training, coaching, and training staff. Knowledge of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, Benefit Consultancy, or Managed Care organization. Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Pharmacy Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization. Knowledge of drug industry pricing. Experience with project management (e.g., planning, coordinating, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals). Knowledge of systems like Cure and GIS. Experience with data extraction, data mining, data acquisition, data profiling, and data warehouse management. Experience in a data warehouse/business intelligence/decision support systems environment or IT experience. Knowledge of statistical concepts and data mining techniques.
