About the Role This is a unique opportunity to join the Compliance Group within the People/HR Division at blithequark as an Analyst. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by researching and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities Support the HR Compliance team and Operations with tasks including obtaining fingerprint/criminal investigation results and processing unique mark freedom letters; maintaining associations with TSA, Airport Authority Sheets, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services; faxing/checking US Customs results; and data entry into our database. Process daily FBI fingerprints into the Access database and investigate any data set issues that arise. Design and analyze HR Compliance data between various documents, working closely with HRIS and EC systems to ensure data integrity and compliance. Conduct advanced investigations, create custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance purposes. Collaborate with clients and team members on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns. Review completed Unique Mark Applications for accuracy and retransmit fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as necessary. Qualifications and Preferred Capabilities To be successful in this role, you'll need a Bachelor's degree and a strong foundation in data analysis and compliance. Previous experience in a related field is highly valued, as is knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database. Essential Skills and Competencies Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup. Proficiency in Access and the ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports. Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities. Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements. Capacity to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues effectively.
