You'll work closely with our content team to investigate client behavior, identify neglected client needs, and uncover new content opportunities. You'll also develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, and provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Apply advanced data analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions * Investigate client behavior (e.g., viewing patterns, preference analysis) to identify neglected client needs and uncover new content opportunities * Develop and implement predictive models to forecast content engagement and inform securing decisions * Collaborate with the content team to advance our content launch and episode release strategy * Test and optimize marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention * Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance for both strategic and tactical direction * Provide specialized analysis support to partners to drive business growth * Communicate key findings and insights through compelling data storytelling across the organization **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field * At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistical analysis and AI procedures * Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python programming languages * Experience working with large-scale, high-dimensional data sets * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply imagination to complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field * Experience working in the media and entertainment industry * Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and techniques * Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and apply imagination to complex problems * Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication * Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Passion for data-driven insights and a willingness to learn and grow **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
