**Experienced Data Analyst – Transportation Analytics Team – Remote Opportunity at blithequark**

You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and develop actionable recommendations to inform business strategy. **Responsibilities** * Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and perform ad-hoc analyses to inform business decisions * Develop data visualizations to display and quantify the impact of changes and specific business challenges * Engage with team members and cross-functional groups to establish credibility and analyze stakeholder needs * Leverage scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate reporting tasks and identify outliers * Document your approaches and share your expertise with colleagues, mentoring them as you become a Subject Matter Expert **Key Requirements** * 2-4 years of experience with SQL, with a strong ability to govern data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity * 1-2 years of experience with Tableau, with a focus on creating impactful dashboards and visualizations * Business Operations Fluency, with a Supply Chain background and transportation experience (ideally) * Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally **Preferred Qualifications** * Advanced experience with SQL and Tableau * Experience with e-commerce operations or parcel service operations * Experience with Python or other scripting languages * Experience with data manipulation tools, including Knime, Alteryx, R, Tableau Prep, etc. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Incentive awards for performance * 401(k) match, stock options, and other perks * Paid maternity and parental leave, PTO, and fitness plans * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment **Work Environment and Culture** At blithequark, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion.
