Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data and Analytics Visualization Manager to examine, interpret, and create meaningful representations of data. As a key member of our team, you will enable our partners to make data-driven decisions with connected information solutions and establish metrics that drive business results. Key Responsibilities Enable data analysis, insights, and visualizations for the North America Operating Unit (NAOU) as part of the Platform Management Digital Services Product Delivery team Collaborate with Data and Analytics Leads, Product Managers, and OU colleagues to understand partner needs and translate them into tangible data products Analyze and action against multiple data sources (both proprietary and partnered sources) Become a super-user of dashboards, datasets, and models created and published by data engineers and specialists Support data products and projects in delivering new analytics visualization solutions, acting as needed, and assisting with testing and user stories to ensure we deliver quality data and insights for our clients Conduct business and data analysis to assess performance and inform strategy, ensuring that data plays a trained role in building insights and capabilities for overall evaluation and planning Extract additional value from analytics by serving as a champion of data and insights to enable and drive adoption of self-service analytics in support of framework-wide capabilities Essential Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Experience with various tools used for analytical visualizations, with an emphasis on PowerBI capability The ability to create straightforward insights from complex data A passion for learning and developing emerging trends and technologies that drive further insight value A proven ability to sift through data, perform analysis, identify critical information, and develop solution decisions Experience working with integrated processes and teams Familiarity with internal and external data, such as Nielsen, marketplace, performance, volume, and revenue Experience manipulating large datasets and creating insights using SQL, Alteryx, and Google Analytics Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in business, data science, or a related field Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts Certification in data visualization or analytics Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
