Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support business decision-making Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify business needs and design data-driven solutions Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business intelligence and analytics Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions Develop and implement data quality, data governance, and data security protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement data infrastructure, including data storage, data processing, and data visualization Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering, including cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance principles Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js Experience with machine learning or artificial intelligence technologies Knowledge of data security and compliance principles, including data encryption and access control Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Strong understanding of business acumen and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills, with the ability to design and implement complex data systems Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure data quality and integrity Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
