Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, databases, and data systems to support business decision-making Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements, design data systems, and implement data pipelines Develop and maintain ETL/ELT data pipelines, data validation processes, and data quality control mechanisms Work with large datasets and big data technologies, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud-based platforms Design and implement database schema, tables, and views to support business requirements Develop and maintain automated workflows, data schedulers, and data processing scripts Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and deploy data models and representations Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL data pipeline development and maintenance Proven expertise in Python and SQL (preferably with Snowflake) Experience with developing in a multi-environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) and DEVOP practices for code management/development Experience with creating and maintaining automated work schedulers Solid understanding of relational database design and functionality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, preferably cloud-based, such as Snowflake, Databricks, or similar Proficiency in cloud architecture and product offerings, preferably AWS Experience managing and deploying code using a source control system like GitLab/GitHub Experience with Docker and containerization Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering tools.
