As a Data Engineer, you'll be responsible for curating Single Source of Truth information tables, generating and dispensing automatic reporting, and transitioning to modern data and reporting tools. You'll work closely with analytics teams, divisional leaders, and business stakeholders to drive data-driven decision-making and improve operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Locate and extract data from various sources to support analysis, modeling, and project development * Clean and curate datasets by identifying new data sources, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aggregating perspectives into meaningful hierarchies * Stay up-to-date with data environments and collaborate to enhance automated reports and analyses for divisional leaders and business stakeholders * Leverage emerging technologies and proactively identify innovative approaches to communicate data and insights that meet divisional needs * Support strategy development and project management engagements for business stakeholders and cross-divisional initiatives * Train and mentor team members on various skills and topics * Practice security-aware behaviors in all operational procedures * Demonstrate a team-first mindset with the success of our team and business partners as the top priority * Be intellectually curious, ask questions, and communicate ideas effectively **Experience Working in High-Profile Environments** As a Data Engineer at arenaflex, you'll work in a fast-paced environment with fluid priorities, ambiguity, and competitive deadlines.
