Job Summary As a Data Entry Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in processing and analyzing daily submissions from our external customers. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately and efficiently input all information provided on the documents into our internal servers and generate various reports related to the submissions. Key Responsibilities Ensure all required documents are submitted and verified for completeness and accuracy Create entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information to maintain data integrity Pull and review commercial and consumer credit reports to inform our underwriting decisions Process a high volume of submissions (60+ per day) while maintaining exceptional accuracy and efficiency Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the analysis review process Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Occasionally perform other duties as assigned by management to support the team and contribute to the company's growth Essential Qualifications and Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: 1-3 years of previous experience in financial services underwriting or processing, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and terminology Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders Resourceful and willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team and drive business results Proficiency in internal systems and software, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Knowledge of alternative financing options and the small business lending industry Certifications or training in data entry, financial analysis, or a related field Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
