Job Overview As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and completing enrichment tasks as defined by our clients, performing credentialing-related tasks, and ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data. You will be an integral part of our quality control process, contributing to the delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet the highest industry standards. Key Responsibilities Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, with a high level of attention to detail. Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, building strong relationships with these entities. Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards, adhering to blithequark's quality control processes. Verify information provided to our clients by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, demonstrating a commitment to data integrity. Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, contributing to the success of our Data Enrichment team. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have: At least 6 months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices. Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed. A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a desire to grow and succeed in a remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the healthcare industry, with a strong understanding of credentialing and data enrichment principles.
