Job Overview We are currently recruiting for remote data entry and customer service positions, offering flexible scheduling options to accommodate different lifestyles and preferences. Our available shifts include evenings (10:30pm-4am, Monday-Thursday, and 10:30pm-6am on Friday), days (11am-4pm, Sunday, and Tuesday-Friday), and dusk (4pm-10pm, Monday-Friday). Please note that working days and hours may be subject to change, and we will discuss your availability during the prescreening call. Key Responsibilities Answering phone calls, responding to messages, and providing exceptional customer service to drivers and customers Running reports, data entry, and maintaining accurate records in various databases Supporting drivers with logistics and operational inquiries Opening and closing trailer doors for evening shifts, requiring the ability to move in and out of trailers when necessary Inputting data into databases to track feeders and their products Working efficiently in a time-sensitive and team-oriented environment Performing other tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent Data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, and basic research skills Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines A valid driver's license (required for driving on airport property) At least six months of office support experience (preferred) Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable: Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics Familiarity with database management and data analysis Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth, learning, and development.
