About the Role This full-time position offers a set schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a great work-life balance. Located in downtown Dallas, TX, you will be at the center of a bustling city, with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop your skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for accurately performing data entry tasks, providing exceptional customer service, handling dispatch duties, and assisting with parts ordering to support our repair operations. Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of our data Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting clients in a professional and courteous manner Handle dispatch duties to ensure timely service delivery and meet our clients' needs Assist with parts ordering to support our repair operations and ensure that our clients receive the best possible service Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives Continuously look for ways to improve our processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in data entry and customer service (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work effectively in a team environment Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy Strong customer service skills with the ability to address inquiries and assist clients effectively Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be an advantage: Experience in parts ordering and inventory management Knowledge of dispatch operations and logistics Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices Skill Set and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
