About the Job We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a key member of our Single Copy Sales (SCS) Allocation Support team, you will play a vital role in supporting the distribution and billing of our publications to Discount, Retail, and Convenience accounts. This position involves both inbound and outbound customer service interactions, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage account creation and administration for various print offices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Direct record supply management and bring section back, maintaining meticulous records and meeting deadlines. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via email and telephone, providing exceptional customer service and resolving queries in a timely manner. Assist customers with questions regarding supply, returns, and research related to billing inquiries, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our systems and processes. Collaborate with Sales and Production administrators to support print focus dispatch and routing plans changes, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions. Aid in all aspects of the customer invoice process, requiring intense attention to detail and the ability to meet rigid time targets. Develop a working understanding of the Lattice Single Copy System and other course and business systems, staying up-to-date with updates and modifications. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: Years of general office experience, with prior customer service experience preferred. Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to maintain complex accounting spreadsheets. The capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize a fluctuating daily workload. Willingness to work a standard 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, with flexibility to ensure coverage as needed. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or communications. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Familiarity with data entry software and systems, with a strong understanding of data management principles.
