About the Role We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Data Entry and e-Filing Specialist. As a key member of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our online platforms and tools. This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with our team, resolve issues as they arise, and contribute to the achievement of common goals. Please note that while this position is remote, you must be located in one of the following states: Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina. Key Responsibilities • Review and file legal documents using our internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail • Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices • Investigate discrepancies as they arise, using your analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively • Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating your flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities • Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to achieve common goals, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive success Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: • No prior experience is necessary, although data entry experience is a plus • Strong technical experience, with a solid understanding of computer systems and software applications • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently • A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating your commitment to education and personal development • The ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy, maintaining a high level of attention to detail • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on quality and precision • A desire and ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with others to achieve common goals • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • A typing speed of at least 50-60 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency What We Offer At blithequark, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
