About the Role We're seeking an experienced Data Entry and Live Chat Professional to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in handling the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. This includes designing and programming customer experience surveys, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business decisions. With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year, we're looking for someone who can help us transform and innovate our VOC method, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our VOC process Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods, leveraging this knowledge to define and transform data within our Cornerstone Big Data platform Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions, leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python to deliver innovative solutions Provide guidance to enhance competencies, driving efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven projects, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with big data ecosystems and analytics tools Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture principles Strong understanding of customer experience and VOC processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide insights Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
