Job Overview The Data Entry and Operations Analytics Specialist will be an integral part of the Operations Analysis and Performance (OAP) department, focusing on curating Single Source of Truth data tables, generating automated reports, and leading efforts to transition to modern data and reporting tools. This role will also serve as a central hub for efficient data processing and management, ensuring that data is accessible, available, and curated for reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Locate and extract data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development. Clean and curate datasets by exploring new data sources, collaborating with other business units to determine the best source of information, and aggregating views into meaningful hierarchies. Familiarize yourself with data environments and collaborate to enhance automated reports and analyses in support of divisional leaders and business units. Leverage emerging technologies and proactively discover efficient and meaningful ways to communicate data and analysis to meet divisional needs. Support strategy development and project management engagements for individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives. Train and mentor other team members in various skills and subjects. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: 3+ years of associated experience. Proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT patterns. Proficiency with Python, SAS, or other comparable tools and programming languages. Ability to troubleshoot a reporting database environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously, managing multiple requests with varying timelines. A self-starter with a resilient, solution-minded approach to complex problems, working individually or in a team. Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal information. Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States.
