Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for supporting blithequark's Customer Success team during a high-stakes renewal cycle. Your primary objective will be to work through a large volume of renewals, generating quotes quickly and accurately using Salesforce CPQ. Key Responsibilities Work from a Smartsheet list of thousands of renewal customers to identify and prioritize quote generation tasks. Generate and align quotes within Salesforce based on predefined renewal terms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards. Submit quotes for internal approvals when necessary, coordinating with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless delivery. Interface with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or questions related to quote generation and customer renewals. Aim to generate 12–15 quotes per day, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, data-heavy environment. What You Won't Be Doing No hands-on Salesforce configuration will be required, as this role focuses on data entry and quote generation using existing systems. You will not be responsible for customer communication or technical troubleshooting, allowing you to concentrate on your core tasks. Ideal Candidate Background To excel in this position, you should have: 1–3 years of experience in data entry, operations, sales support, or customer success, with a strong understanding of the importance of accuracy and attention to detail. Familiarity with Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud or CPQ, which is highly preferred. Experience with other CRM systems may also be considered. Previous experience preparing quotes, contracts, or renewal documentation, with the ability to navigate complex spreadsheets and large data sets. A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) or Central Standard Time (CST) to ensure alignment with blithequark's operational hours. Bonus Points While not required, the following experiences will be viewed favorably: Prior experience generating quotes in Salesforce CPQ, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently with the platform.
