About the Role We're on the hunt for a seasoned professional to fill the role of Data Entry and Tax Information Director within our thriving Expense Group. As a key supporter of our tax association, you'll be responsible for driving innovation and meeting the data needs of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across the company, from business front-end to engineering mid-stream and accounting back-end, to ensure the integrity of our tax data pipelines. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify tax data and technology needs, define requirements, and manage implementation. Work closely with data teams and engineers to design new data sources and tooling to meet the tax group's needs. Continuously challenge the status quo and explore smarter, more efficient ways to get things done. Solve complex problems using data on a large scale. Experiment with cutting-edge technologies, such as AI and machine learning, to bring innovative solutions to tax. Participate in defining the company's tax data and automation roadmap. Work cross-functionally to ensure the integrity of our tax data flows. Lift the tax group's understanding and use of automation technologies through team knowledge sharing. Apply your experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud to drive process improvements. Essential Qualifications BA/BS Degree in Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or a related field of study. Experience managing large sets of financial data. 4+ years of data and automation experience; tax-related data experience is a plus. Experience creating workflows in Alteryx Cloud. Deep experience running SQL queries. Knowledge of technology tools like Alteryx Desktop, Snowflake, Python. Experience writing business requirements and testing to support large data projects. Insight into participating in the exploration and testing of new data sets. Proficiency in using various productivity programs (Monday.com, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Strong attention to detail and analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong empathy and compassion for others. Preferred Capabilities Experience with AI, Statistical Analysis, Database, and ETL best practices. Knowledge of scripting languages and reviewing code for accuracy. Alteryx Center Certification. CMI, or CMI candidate.
