Key Responsibilities Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail Perform administrative tasks, such as responding to emails and communicating with clients Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own initiative to complete tasks Maintain a stable and reliable internet connection, and have access to a phone, laptop, or computer Meet productivity and quality standards, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute Be available to work a variety of schedules, including part-time and full-time hours Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 16 years of age or older Have a stable internet connection and access to a phone, laptop, or computer Be proficient in basic PC skills, including typing, email, and internet navigation Have basic English written and spoken language skills Be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and maintain focus on tasks without distraction Be a resident of the US, and be eligible to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, administrative assistant, warehouse, inventory, receptionist, or call center roles Advanced PC skills, including experience with Microsoft Office or other software applications Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to respond to emails and communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to providing our team members with a competitive compensation package, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
