Job Overview In this full-time remote position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders and returns, preparing and sorting documents for data entry, reviewing and entering data updates in our systems, and organizing monthly sales reporting. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: Process incoming orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner Prepare and sort documents for data entry, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date Review and enter data updates in our systems, maintaining the highest level of accuracy and attention to detail Review discrepancies in data received, investigating and resolving any issues that may arise Organize monthly sales reporting, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions Perform all other office tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess previous experience in data entry or a related field, excellent typing skills, and strong organizational abilities. You should be deadline and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other related tools is essential, and experience with data analysis and reporting is highly desirable.
