About the Role As a Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our client data. You'll be responsible for updating client information in Google Sheets, responding to customer inquiries via our proprietary texting platform, and performing other tasks that require attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities Accurately update client information in Google Sheets, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Respond to customer texts in a timely and professional manner, utilizing our developed texting platform. Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and other software applications as required. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, working independently in a remote environment. Periodically log in to clear out available work, managing your time effectively to meet the required 15 hours per week. Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Google Sheets, with the ability to learn other software applications quickly. Excellent grammar and spelling skills, with a keen eye for detail. A proper typing pace, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently. Notable listening talents, with the ability to understand and respond to customer inquiries effectively. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following skills and experience will be considered a plus: Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency. Familiarity with online personal training businesses or the fitness industry. Experience working with proprietary texting platforms or similar software applications.
