Job Overview The Data Entry Associate role at arenaflex is a critical position that involves gathering, preparing, and entering alphabetic and numeric data from various source documents into the appropriate computer system. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of all data entered, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and adherence to standard procedures. This position is ideal for individuals who are tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities of the Data Entry Associate include, but are not limited to: Gathering, organizing, and preparing source documents for data entry into the appropriate system database Reviewing data for discrepancies, missing pages or information, and resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution Entering both alphabetic and numeric data from source documents into the proper system database Reviewing data entered against the original source documents for accuracy and correcting any data entry errors or duplications Following data program security practices and procedures at all times Routinely securing information by completing database backup daily Performing other varied clerical duties such as sorting, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required Maintaining confidentiality of all personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations Performing other duties as assigned Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required A minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience Experience in a medical office preferred but not required MUST be tech-savvy and detail-oriented Preferred qualifications include experience in data entry, familiarity with database management systems, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
